This one bedroom vacation rental is a lovely, bright, spacious (800 sq feet), top floor apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It is in a quiet, well designed, super cool Mid-Century Modern, four unit building - each unit has it's own separate entrance.
Located in the heart of beautiful Capitol Hill, two blocks to the Broadway shopping area and a short 15- 20 minute walk to downtown Seattle. The location is perfect!!
As you will see by the photos the unit is wonderfully furnished with all the comforts of home; one queen bed, one twin day bed and one convertible twin sofa bed in the living room. Central heating, Washer and Dryer, 42 inch plasma TV with DVD player, Stereo with CD library, Fully equipped kitchen, etc. FREE wireless high speed internet is provided – please bring your own computer with wireless card!!
