The most amazing feature of this apartment is it’s 300sf deck/out door living area which is West facing to take advantage of all the afternoon sun. This apartment had been meticulously up dated with a chef’s kitchen and wonderful tiled bathroom.
Located in the heart of beautiful Capitol Hill, two blocks to the Broadway shopping area and a short 15- 20 minute walk to downtown Seattle. The location is perfect!!
