Terms & Conditions
 

Please review our conditions and cancellation policy and reply, via e-mail, that you agree to them:

  1. I certify I am 25 years of age or older. I (We), the confirmed guest, renting 1111 East Harrison Street, Seattle, WA for vacation or recreation purposes agree to the following:
  2. I (We) are responsible for full payment of the entire rental period at time of booking. Payment can be made using either Visa or Master card.
  3. The reservation is not confirmed until the total amount due has cleared.
  4. Failure to make payment when due will result in cancellation of this agreement.
  5. Once confirmed, if I (We) cancel prior to 30 days of the reservation, the owner will make every attempt to rebook the unit. If the ownership is able to rebook the unit at the same rate, I (We) will be refunded the Total funds paid minus a $75 transaction fee. If within 30 days of arrival if the reservation cannot be re-booked I (We) understand that the moneys paid may not be returned.
  6. I (We) agree to accept the rental property upon arrival, provided it meets the basic description as listed on the Rental Web sites. In addition, I (We) agree that we will not be entitled to a refund or rent money, nor relocation to another property, and will have no claim or recourse against the Owner, Property Management etc.
  7. I (We) our guests and visitors agree to not smoke or use illegal drugs in the apartment or on the premises. I (We) understand that this includes but is not limited to opening a window and blowing the smoke outside. If any smoking or drug use is detected in the unit or anywhere within the building, I (We) understand that there will be a $250.00 fine charged to the credit card used at the time of booking in addition to any professional cleaning costs accrued to get rid of the smell in the furniture and linens.
  8. I (We) our guests and visitors agree not to bring any pesticides, cleaning products, and aerosol sanitizes, incense, air fragrances etc. onto the property. In the event that cleaning supplies are needed I (We) will contact the Owner and request delivery of said items.
  9. I (We) our guests and visitors understand that while the Ownership expect tenants to enjoy the company of guests, the apartment is not rented out for parties nor can it be used as a place of commerce. Large numbers of people coming and going from the apartment and/or excessive noise will result in immediate eviction. Any disturbance, annoyance, endangerment or inconvenience of the neighbors or long term tenants or the use of the premises for illegal activities will result in immediate eviction with no refund due. Occupancy (including small children, infants and visitors) is not to exceed 6 persons without prior permission from the Ownership. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the leased property I (We) agree that a charge of $75.00 per person will be made to my (our) credit card. Additionally this Agreement may be immediately terminated without refund.
  10. Licensed Aid & Seeing Eye Dogs will be allowed with pre approval only. If any evidence of unauthorized animals is found or detected I (We) agree that a charge of $50.00 will be made to my (our) credit card and I (We) will be evicted immediately with no refund due in addition to the $50.00 fine.
  11. I (We) shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and/or loss to the premises except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (deemed by Ownership) which may result from Occupancy.
  12. I (We) agree that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents and other equipment and fixtures will be left in the same condition as at the beginning of our stay.

    I (We) agree that repair costs for any damaged items may be posted to my (our) credit card
  13. Prior to vacating the unit, I (We) understand that it is the responsibility of the tenant to return any furniture that was moved to its original position. All cleaning will be completed by the owner.
  14. Owner shall not be liable to Tenant, Tenant's guests, licensees or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. Tenant shall hold Owner harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, parking lot and back yard and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Tenant, his/her guests, licensees or invitees.
  15. This agreement may not be reassigned or the property sublet and is for the Tenants use only. No changes to, or changing of locks of the building/units are permitted. If the keys to the building/unit are not turned in at the time of check out or lost during occupancy, I (We) acknowledge that a $55.00 charge will be made to my (our) credit card in order to re-key the unit.
